Recycling Service
From production to recycling
Sustainable graphic solutions
One of the many benefits of working with us is that we not only artwork, produce and install your graphics, but we also collect and recycle them for you.
We continuously work hard to stay ahead of the game with the opportunities to make our industry more sustainable and have invested in a range of recyclable materials for our clients to choose from. However, providing the recyclable materials is only half the battle.
By NOT recycling these materials for you, we leave you with another challenge: what to do with all of this material?
We take the extra tasks and mental load off your plate and look after it for you.
These materials are only eco-friendly if theyโre recycled and not sent to landfill. As part of our turnkey service, we will collect your materials post-use and return them to our production centre in Watford. Here, we have our own recycling centre where we sort and segregate materials, ready for collection.

Supporting our commitment to the planet
Our advanced recycling practice
We have worked hard on finding the correct waste streams for all recyclable products and invested in equipment and manpower to enable us to sort, segregate and recycle as much as possible from our coke cans to 5m wide banners!
At our facility, we meticulously sort waste into designated storage bags on-site. Additionally, within our premises, we diligently gather and categorise all material offcuts into their respective categories before transferring them to our on-site storage containers.
Once full, these are then baled (in the case of fabrics and banner materials) or sorted onto pallets and cages (if sheets) by our in-house recycling team ready to be transported to the various recycle partners for processing.
We currently send the below materials for recycling:
- All Polyester Fabrics
- PVC Banner
- Foamex
- Aluminium Composite
- Acrylic
- Timber
- Cardboard based products
- Paper
- HDPE Vinyl Core inserts
- Vinyl Backing Paper
- LDPE Packaging (Shrink Wrap, Bubble Wrap and Poly Tubing)
The above list is then either re-used as it is or reprocessed into the same sort of items (card, paper, packaging products and the core inserts) or shredded, chipped and reprocessed into various second use items such as traffic cones, road barriers, seed trays, street furniture, packing for washing machines and car dashboards. The fabric and PVC banner waste is used within the construction industry with 100% of the waste product being used.
Anything we use that is not currently recyclable goes to our waste provider who send it to an RDF facility to produce green energy, saving it from landfill whilst creating valuable energy from a waste product.
